God’s Design for Marriage | Mark 10:1-12
There is no easy way to put it, divorce is complicated and painful. Unfortunately, most people have had some kind of experience with divorce. Maybe it’s your parents’ marriage that ended in divorce, one of your kids, or a close friend, and we have all seen the pain and destruction that come with it. At the same time, the reality is there are those who feel like they are on the brink of divorce, or recently divorced and just talking about this subject brings back a flood of emotions that are still raw and real.
But no matter how you have been affected by divorce, in this passage of Mark we will see that God hates divorce, because He loves marriage, God loves marriage because it reflects Christ’s love for the church, and that brings God glory.
