There are thousands of women and girls who are victims of sex trafficking in Florida every year. Only 1% of survivors are identified. Identified survivors have an 80% chance of re-entering the life due to receiving inadequate services. Eden House will be a safe place where women can work through the trauma of their past and seek to build a healthy future.
Eden House will be a longterm residential program for adult survivors of commercial sexual exploitation. Through a trauma-informed, holistic approach our team will help women heal and develop new healthy patterns. Rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ and committed to the full mental, emotional, and spiritual healing of each survivor, we operate under the belief that she is the best advocate for her own care.
Women will have the chance to heal, grow, and begin again.
Eden House’s mission is to be a haven of hope and healing for women who have suffered from commercial sexual exploitation.
Join us on Monday, October 16th, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in room DC121 to learn about the realities of human trafficking and how Eden House will provide restorative care for women who have suffered commercial sexual exploitation.
Contact Chris Anthony at canthony@fbcn.org for more info about the meeting.
