Our purpose goes beyond our own comfort. We are here to serve knowing that isn’t always easy, but willing to do whatever it takes. We get our hands dirty serving side by side with the church from Naples to the Nations.

2. Application reviewed by our missions team.
3. When approved and assigned you will be sent an email to finish registration for the trip through our TraveliQ.
4. Your team leader will send out next steps for trip training and details.

Naples to the Nations

We are called to make disciples that make disciples, reaching the world with the gospel from Naples to the Nations. We are blessed to partner with many missionaries and ministries, locally, nationally, and internationally and our Naples to the Nations missions offering supports these partners. Our 2023 goal is $542,000 to help support partners who are making disciples around the world! National Partners

Grace City Church Plant

Grace City Church is a plant in Boston, MA led by Brian Owen They are located in the Fenway neighborhood and seek to strategically reach lost college students and young urban professionals throughout the city. God has called them to raise up passionate leaders and healthy churches throughout Boston and New England. They’ve seen incredible growth through and after the pandemic and partner with NAMB’s GenSend program to engage college students in church planting and missional living.

Aspire Church Plant

Aspire Church is a plant that began meeting in January of 2019, led by Pastor Brian Hook. In addition to seeing over  70 salvations and 40 baptisms, they are also training two couples to start new churches in Tucson. They are deeply involved in the community and host sports camps through the summer that First Naples teams help run.

Radiant Church Plant

Radiant Church is a new plant, in the early stages of launching in Syracuse, NY. Led by Jason Lankford, they partner with the Salt Network and NAMB and are currently focused on developing ministries on the campus of Syracuse University and building small groups throughout the city. First Naples sends teams to help them with community outreach and campus events.

Redemption Church Plant

Redemption Church is a new plant in Orlando, FL, led by Andrew Strucker. Their goal is to reach all people, with all of Jesus, for all of life. First Naples teams help them host a VBS week in the summer to reach families and kids in their community with life that can only be found in Jesus.

Strategic Launch Network

Strategic Launch Network helps launch church plants across the U.S., establishing faith communities in places who generally have less than 10% of their population engaged in an evangelical church. With over 50 churches established since 2005, their network has recorded a 90% rate of planting success. The goal is a spiritual impact that changes a city.

Man In The Mirror

Man in the Mirror’s vision is to see “every church disciple every man,” raising up godly men to become leaders in their homes, places of work, and churches. They provide discipleship opportunities and resources to men and churches across the nation.

Hearts With Hands

Hearts with Hands is a disaster relief ministry offering physical assistance alongside spiritual care. In the aftermath of disaster, they provide non-perishable food boxes, water, hygiene kits, cleaning supplies, baby supplies, and more. They have been on the ground with First Naples after Hurricanes Irma and Ian and we send teams and financial support to partner with them in disaster response nationwide.

Noah Nemni

Noah grew up through our church and has been a mission partner with us for a couple years, serving the families and community in Homestead Florida. He is currently attending seminary in preparation for becoming a church planter.

NAMB Offering (Annie Armstrong)

Joint mission effort of Southern Baptist churches for the purpose of evangelizing and church planting in North America. Over 5,200 missionaries and planters are supported out of this offering.

International Partners

Paul Ameen | Middle East

Paul comes from an Islamic background, and uses his life story to share the truth about Christ with Muslims and the Islamic world. He utilizes the internet, conferencing rolls, groups, and satellite TV to reach the 10/40 window. His outreach ministry is viewed around the globe, teaching apologetics in response to Muslim questions and claims, with the goal of presenting the truth of Christ with love.

Brant + Kara Bauman | IMB London

Brant + Kara have been with the IMB for almost 8 years and are currently serving in Redhill, UK at the Global Training Center – Brant, as the European Digital Engagement Strategist and Kara as the Child Care and Volunteer Coordinator. Brant has the privilege of helping and training IMB teams across Europe in leveraging digital tools and social media – reaching areas like the Ukraine and Syria with the hope of the gospel. Kara coordinates teams to run conferences for IMB personnel who have spent 1-3 years on the field, caring for their kids and creating a refreshing and refueling environment.

Jalil Dawood | World Refugee Care

Using his unique background, Jalil as an Iraqi refugee, Jalil has served as pastor of the Arabic Church of Dallas, Texas, and founded World Refugee Care, a Gospel-centered organization that helps refugees rebuild their lives. Thes outreaches have an incredible impact on both Muslim and persecuted Christian refugees, serving tens of thousands of displaced families – many of whom have embraced faith in Jesus Christ.

Doug Dyer | East Asia

Doug helps run a youth basketball league in a large city in East Asia, using basketball as an open door to form relationships which allow for sharing of the gospel. First Naples teams have helped with these camps. Doug also serves as an elder at Baptist Fellowship plant and he and his wife, Kris, teach at a private Bilingual International Academy which provides a biblical education to students who would not normally have the opportunity to receive such an education.

 

David + Carleen Heath | Nigeria

David and Carleen have been serving since 1995 as Wycliffe Bible Translators in Northwest Nigeria, Africa. The Heath’s passion is for people to have access to the gospel and they have been involved in translation efforts in over 10 languages in written, audio, and video formats. They are currently supervising projects in u̱s-Saare, u̱t-Hun, and u̱t-Ma’in languages and are supporting discipleship and literacy training for 120+ disciple makers.

Fernando Facioli | Brazil

Pastor Fernando Facioli serves as Director of Leadership Outreach, which seeks to train pastors, multiply ministry leaders, revitalize churches, and promote church planting in the remote areas of the Amazon Basin. The oral culture of the Amazon Jungle means people rely on hearing the Word of God taught to them. Fernando and his team provide “River Pastors” and church leaders with theological training to better teach their communities the truths of God’s Word.

Arabic Pastor Training

First Naples partners with a couple in Western Europe to host an annual Arabic Baptist Conference supporting Arabic speaking pastors and ministry leaders. They seek to glorify Jesus by planting healthy churches and their ministry works with immigrant Arabic speaking and refugee populations. In recent years, they have been able to see 5 Arabic speaking churches planted.

 

TAP India

TAP International (The Altruism Project) partners with local churches to support evangelistic outreach, primarily in India. Their mission is to evangelize, equip, and empower people worldwide to build healthier lives through a personal relationship with Jesus.

Javier Vargas | NAMB Send Relief, Puerto Rico

Adoptando was founded by the Vargas Family to train Christian families and churches on adoption + foster care and is an official partner of NAMB + Send Relief. They have opened the first gospel-centered adoption agency in Puerto Rico and are a Send Relief Ministry Center that connects the needs of orphans with the local church and North American churches. They were also recently able to open the first gospel-centered Emotional and Spiritual Restoration Center for Children – an orphanage that serves children from the ages 0-12. First Naples has been able to send multiple teams to partner in their ministry to support children and families across Puerto Rico.

IMB Spain

We are blessed to support a family serving with the IMB in Spain who mobilize Southern Baptist fellowships to engage lostness in the North Africa and Middle East region.

IMB Offering (Lottie Moon)

Joint mission effort of Southern Baptist churches for the purpose of supporting 3500+ missionaries evangelizing and discipling the nations.
