Helping Children Reach Their Full Potential
We are partnering with Compassion International to fund a child development center through a local church in Tanzania, empowering them to disciple the kids in their community in Jesus' name. This is our opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus and "adopt" an entire village in Tanzania! We have the opportunity to sponsor and invest in the spiritual and physical development of children who will benefit from our partnership for the rest of their lives.
By removing obstacles that hinder their future, you can help release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. At the new child development center being launched by a Compassion church partner in Tanzania, children will benefit from opportunities that would otherwise be out of their reach. Program activities encourage healthy growth — spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally and economically — and children are invited to participate early in their lives when the program can benefit them most.
Tailored according to age, gender, health, culture and family situations, the programs change as children’s needs change. Against the harsh context of poverty, the nurturing environment at the church-based center fosters well-being, youth agency, self-confidence and a spirit of service. Children are equipped to become disciples of Christ and achieve a fulfilling life.
The kids that our church family are sponsoring will plant a seed that will grow exponentially in the years to come!
