Student Camp

What is Camp?

Camp includes a ton of fun – lake time, theme nights, games, color competitions, and more – and it also includes the opportunity to worship, to serve others, to build community in small groups, and to be discipled.

Camp is an opportunity to step out of the normal rhythms of life and be intentional about knowing each other and God deeper. This is a week to focus on the greatness of God, to run from apathy, and engage in an awe-inspired pursuit of Him. Be challenged to find your next step in following Him this year!

We host camp at Lake Placid Camp and Conference Center.

Can I drop off my student late/pick them up early?

First Naples will provide transportation for all students to and from camp.

Drop Off  + Pick Up times coming soon.

If you need to drop them off late or pick them up early because of other obligations, please email students@firstnaples.org so that we can make necessary arrangements.

My student has food allergies, can you make accommodations?

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Information to come.

HIGH SCHOOL

Lake Placid has a professional chef who provides the best camp food possible. It is healthy and tasty. If your student has specific allergies, please let our office know ASAP so the chef can make necessary accommodations. If the camp is unable to accommodate, we will work with you on finding other possibilities.

I think I've already filled out the paperwork. Do I need to do it again?

Yes. These are annual forms.

Both the Event Waiver and Medical Authorization form cover the school year (25-26), starting with camp every year. If your student attends camp, these forms are good for the next year and cover any specific events included in the list on the event waiver.

If you think you (or another guardian) have already submitted forms for the 25-26 year, please contact students@firstnaples.org and the team can confirm receipt of the forms.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

All students should bring a sleeping bag or twin sheets and pillow. Students will also need to bring a bath towel and a beach towel.

Dorms are air-conditioned. Dorm layouts are varied and students will be housed by gender and grade.

Can my student bring their cell phone?

NO phones or other electronic devices can be brought to camp. If you need to get a hold of your student during camp, please contact their small group leader (who you will meet at drop off). If there is an emergency, reach out to Josh Roettele (Middle School) or Aaron Watkins (High School).

Get regular updates and early access to Camp photos by joining our Group Me!

Do I need to purchase a Snack Card or can I send my student with cash?

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Additional cards are NOT available for purchase. (We want to keep your kids healthy and limit the extra sugar intake). Please DO NOT send any cash with your student to camp.

How can I apply for financial aid to send my student to camp?

We want every student to be able to participate in camp!

Please email students@firstnaples.org and let us know you’d like to fill out the Financial Aid application. After the application is reviewed we will be in touch to let you know the amount awarded, depending on available scholarship funds.
